POZA Salon Policies
Services are by appointment only. Our boutique salon’s capacity is 10 people so we’re unable to accommodate walk-in appointments, children or guests of clients.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the complete POZA experience. When you arrive, please remain in your car (or wait outside the building) and call 704-499-0752 to let us know you’re here. We’ll let you know when we’re ready for you to come inside.
We recommend booking your next visit before leaving the salon. Note: We don’t take appointments more than four months in advance to allow our team members to participate in training sessions and continued education
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice on salon business days (Tuesday - Saturday) if you need to cancel an appointment. No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. A credit card is required to secure some hair appointments.
All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services, gift certificates or retail products. The only exception is replacing damaged products or exchanging unused and unopened products.
A gift card and egifts can not be used toward products or be exchanged for cash; it is redeemable only for services.
Poza Salon gift cards and e-gift are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of the gift purchase, and they cannot be used after the expiry date. Any remaining balance will be removed, and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
