Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
We do not allow appointments to be booked more than 4 months in advance to allow for regular updates to availability and training hours.

Cancellations

No-shows will be charged the full service price. In consideration to our other clients and team members, please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation notice must be given on salon business days. A credit card is required to secure some hair and microblading appointments.

Refund Policy

Except for replacing damaged products or exchanging an unused and unopened product, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services, gift certificates, or retail products. All sales are final.

Prices and services may vary based on factors including but not limited to: stylist pricing, hair length, hair density, additional time, and customized service requests. For most accurate pricing estimates schedule a complimentary consultation online or through a booking request.
