Friendly atmosphere and very helpful salon. I move around for contract work and my hair started turning grey and I had a problem with hair color (from highly-rated salons) pulling/fading brassy and orange! The color would often start off looking pretty good and then would have a horrible fade. Poza Salon not only worked with me to fix the problem, they also did an extended consultation to find out what I was looking for, took the time to explain how color works, recommended toning shampoos, and equipped me with the tools necessary not go back to square one when I find myself in another city. Alex, Pooran and Zahava all worked with me on the color and I am very grateful to each of them for their expertise. And Alex gave an awesome haircut, the best front layers I've even had. Also a great value for the quality of services. If you're searching for a salon to fix a color problem or just looking for a great salon in general, I highly recommend Poza.

This place is awesome! I have tried many salons in Charlotte but Poza takes the cake. The ladies there are all fabulous. Great cut, great service and great conversation. Very trendy but laid back atmosphere. I feel completely at ease. The shampoo head rub alone is worth the trip. I was hesitant to go there for a mens cut but am very pleased. Highly recommend Poza Salon.

Poza Salon was a wonderful experience! Located in a nice neighborhood, I felt very comfortable and relaxed walking in as it was my first time. I don't know much about hair and wasn't very good at describing to the stylists how I wanted my hair to look, but that was no match for them! They were able to look at my skin tone and personal style and they gave my hair the extra color it needed and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Poza Salon! Everything was clean and tidy and everyone who worked there was so nice and I was offered very yummy tea to drink!
